Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donation:

  1. It is the responsibility of the payee to fully understand the purpose before initiating the payment.
  2. Once the payment is made for the purpose, it will not be refunded to the Payee. No cancellation is to be made.

Patient service delivery related payments

  1. Please send your request for refund/cancellation/modification with details on sceh@sceh.net
  2. Refunds will be facilitated within 7 working days and will be credited back on the original channel of payment
  3. Please verify refund conditions if any on the above email id.

Training related payments

  1. Please send your request for refund/cancellation/modification with details on training@sceh.net
  2. Refunds will be facilitated within 7 working days and will be credited back on the original channel of payment.
