Why SCEH
The innovative work held at this centre is in advancing our knowledge of i) corneal cell biology, regeneration and stem cell, ii) glaucoma (trabecular meshwork stem cell biology and stem cell-based therapeutics, and ocular biomechanics), iii) retinal and RPE development, degeneration and regeneration, iv) visual neuroscience, v) ocular infectious disease, ocular immunology, the ocular microbiome, vi) various aspects of ENT research and vii) community research. We focus on establishing a collegial, collaborative and productive group of researchers.
