Who We Are
In 2018, the Rotary Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Clinic, Karol Bagh, Delhi was established. This was done through the combined efforts of Rotary Club of Delhi Metropolitan, who facilitated the infrastructure and the International Eye Foundation, USA, who supported the equipment, at the center. The premises were donated by Shri Davinder Puri and family.
The hospital is able to provision high-quality eye care services to its catchment population in central Delhi through its network of two vision centres, which support the secondary centre. The hospital functions on the cross-subsidy model of eye care delivery, providing free or highly subsidized eye care services to those who need it the most.

Our Programs
Seva foundation
The Seva Foundation, and SCEH have partnered for a unique ongoing project- theNetra Seva Project, through which mobile vision centers have been setup in the region, between August 2021 and August 2025. The aim is to increase access to primary eye care services in hilly areas. The project has been active for just over a year and in this time 7261 patient have used out-patient services, 15 hundred spectacles have been given and 646 patients have been operated upon.
