Who We Are
The Dr. L K Gandhi- Shroff Eye Institute in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh, was inaugurated in 2023 with infrastructural support from Dr Vikram Gandhi and equipment support from the Seva Foundation.
The hospital in Modinagar is able to provide high-quality eye care services througha network of 6 vision centers as of February 2024 which support the secondary center. The hospital functions on the cross-subsidy model of eye care delivery, providing free or highly subsidized eye care services to those who need it the most.

Our Programs
Seva foundation
The Seva Foundation, and SCEH have partnered for a unique ongoing project- theNetra Seva Project, through which mobile vision centers have been setup in the region, between August 2021 and August 2025. The aim is to increase access to primary eye care services in hilly areas. The project has been active for just over a year and in this time 7261 patient have used out-patient services, 15 hundred spectacles have been given and 646 patients have been operated upon.
