Dr. Priyasha Goel completed her MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore in 2013. During her internship at Government multi-speciality hospital, Chandigarh, she was drawn towards surgery and eventually did DNB Ophthalmology from Venu eye institute and research centre, New Delhi. There she got a chance to work closely in the Glaucoma department and went on to pursue fellowship in Glaucoma from the prestigious institute, Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai where she got to work under stalwarts of Glaucoma. It not just helped her learn all the intricacies of Glaucoma, but also moulded her as a better professional and person and laid a sturdy foundation for this journey.

An ex-consultant at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai and currently an adjunct consultant at Dr. Shroff charity eye hospital, Delhi, she has an 8-year of experience in Ophthalmology and 4 years’ experience in Glaucoma. She specialises in the management of glaucoma and deals with cataract and glaucoma surgeries. She was trained in tube implant surgeries through Orbis at SCEH. She is actively involved in teaching and surgical training of postgraduates and fellows and is also a part of research projects. She participated in a surgical skill transfer course for trabeculectomy at DOS conference 2022, where she trained several ophthalmologists in wet-lab.

Dedicated to patient-care, she works hard to give the best possible quality treatment to her patients. Her aim is to make a difference to humanity through her service.
