About Us:
We are a subsidiary company in India (team of 15 staff members) providing backend services to our large business in Australia https://4cg.com.au/ and looking for a strong HR Manager to manage the operations and people management at our brand new office in Noida (Sector 2, walking distance from the metro station).
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing staff in a dynamic environment. This role involves leading and driving key HR initiatives, ensuring smooth operational workflows, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing HR best practices. You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with company objectives, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring high employee satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and team performance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Orientating and training new staff members
- Identify and implement software tools for payroll and HR compliance
- Design engagement, wellness, and development programs
- Ensure labour law compliance and manage employee needs
- Report on team KPIs and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HR/Operations with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour law, and team management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors or Masters in HR or Business
