A gift of sight for Baby Gaffar

In a remote village of the Shahjahanpur district in Uttar Pradesh, Baby Gaffar, a 4-year-old boy was suffering from cataract, a potentially blinding yet treatable eye condition. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints and limited access to healthcare, he had been unable to receive treatment. Our pediatric ophthalmologist at the secondary center in Mohammadi, driven by our mission to restore sight to those in need, intervened and skillfully performed surgery on both of Baby Gaffar's eyes. As a result, his vision was restored, and with the help of glasses he can see and enjoy his childhood like any other boy. He is constantly joyful and smiling, which overwhelms parents with relief and happiness.

As we celebrate his newfound vision, we express our profound gratitude to all those who played a part in his journey. This transformative impact would not have been possible without the unwavering support and belief of our compassionate donors.

Join us in this quest to bring light to the lives of the visually impaired and ensure a brighter, more hopeful future for all. Together, we can change the world, one restored sight at a time
