Set up in 2018, this is one of the unique centres at SCEH that offers a specialised “Stimulation And Early Enrichment (SEE) programme for children having disorders of Cortical Visual Impairment(CVI), Cerebral palsy (CP), learning disability, autism, neurodegenerative diseases, and brain trauma. The programme is designed exclusively for children of or below six years and follows to follow an intensive early intervention therapy that facilitates the holistic development of such children. The SEE programme helps the child to use his/her vision functionally. Vision has a crucial role in the development of cognitive (understanding), language, social and emotional, physical and self-help skills.

Out Team (specialists)
The center receives interdisciplinary support from a core team involving a pediatric ophthalmologist, pediatrician, and an optometrist. Such patients are referred to the clinic for functional vision assessment and further management through appropriate therapies.
