Established in 2010, the Secondary Centre in Mohammadi tehsil of Lakhimpur Khiri district in Uttar Pradesh is the furthest outpost of the network, and by far the biggest secondary centre in terms of capacity, providing speciality services in the fields of glaucoma, cornea, oculoplasty, in addition to cataract. The centre caters to neighbouring districts of Shahjahanpur, Pilibhit and Hardoi. It is supported by 6 Vision Centres, with an annual footfall of  70,000 patients, and as high as 7,000 surgeries in a year. The Centre has received immense support from individuals, organisations, both Indian as well as international for developing not only the infrastructure, but also the outreach.
